Talked loudly over the phone in a rude tone. First impressions not so good. When businesses treat you like an inconvenience take your business elsewhere.
I’m posting this review because I received an unprofessional and baseless personal comment after simply leaving a one-star review based on my experience. I visited this dealership three times and was left disappointed each time. First visit: I went to check out a Jeep Wrangler. While test driving, I noticed a serious issue with the steering wheel—it was unsafe, which is a major safety concern.
