It was great
I grew up here in the 90s and 2000s and the difference is night and day. They've fixed the roads, the trailer siding, and done a lot of free maintenance even for people that own their homes. I never wanted to come back before, but I'm so happy with the place now.
It's quiet and peaceful. It is not a campground, it is a trailerpark.
They seem to be going up, especially since they reblacktoped the roads. They really look nice and great to drive on for change. I don't know about the two rent hikes in the last year doubling the rent! +$55 Management is great and they're doing the best they can!
