We worked with Andy and his team for our major home renovation. What attracted to us was his creativity in design and his willingness to always rethink a project for improving the look with creative materials, function or cost. CounterKulture created the most beautiful, durable, environmental counter top I could ask for. They custom fit the counter, created a custom color -- dark green -- and finished the counter in a timely manner. It was important to me that the counter was made from local recycled glass and manufactured locally in Durango, Colorado. They also made two sinks for the bathroom that are a custom shape and color. Andy Barber and CounterKULTURE build concrete pieces that are works of art. Not just counter tops, but fireplace mantels and surrounds, tub surrounds and even furniture. From our initial project working together in 2010 to this present day in 2014, we have always found that it's an artistic and creative way to go, when we get to put our cabinetry, furniture, etc. under his concrete designs. We have over a dozen projects together including his work in our showroom at 178A Bodo Drive.
