Great gym
Great gym with lots of classes, martial arts, exercise programs, and clean facilities.
My kids and I love training Capoeira here and recently I started Body Balance which I’m thoroughly enjoying as well. I appreciate the flexibility of choosing which classes I want to take that fit in with my schedule for the week. What I love about CounterBalance is being part of a community that supports one another. I’m grateful to be learning new skills physically and musically, staying fit and having something I can share with my kids. Thanks to the great leadership at Counterbalance for creating a beautiful space.
My kids and I have been training at this gym since 2018. The energy, enthusiasm, kindness and consideration that each and every instructor infuses into their classes is unmatched. Jessica and Sean are true leaders who have created a community that is inclusive and supportive and provides a vital and much-needed service to East LA.
