Love our new quartz countertops. Tess was so helpful during our selection process. We had used Counter Tops Inc. before and they didn’t disappoint a second time. The installation was done in a timely manner and we are totally pleased with the job they did.
I had been waiting a very long time to re-do my kitchen so my expectations were high plus I was nervous. No need-everything was GREAT!! Tess and her crew just put in almost 40 linear feet (you do the work to square it)! of granite in our kitchen and bathrooms. They were a delight to work with from start to finish. Was given three different quotes- Third quote was over $1000 more than the initial quote. They claimed their measurements were over 20 square feet more than a reputable granite dealer in Tuscaloosa. And I had to continue to call back to even get an estimate, they did not call back when promised. Now I have wasted a month waiting on a quote to schedule installation. I would never recommend this company.
They are very knowledgeable about there products all the staff was very friendly and helpful . Prices are very reasonable so glad we decided to check them out . Everything was done in a very timely manner from ordering samples to the actual Install ! Very satisfied!
So helpful in making sure you get exactly what you need. The installation was meticulously handled and looks beautiful. Highly recommend these folks for quality work and customer service!
