I frequent this wonderful hotel and stop here as necessary when I have to leave early. Yes, this has always been an easy and generally quick stop. The customer service has never wowed me. Unfortunately I feel compelled to write a review on a truly trifling issue. My order was simple: large iced tea and a little snack cookie. Total: $15. Sadly my large drink came in to small cups.
