My counselor was great, that's why I'm not giving them 1 star. The person in charge of billing (Jessica) is incompetent. I was charged an extra $60 copay one session, and it has been a nightmare dealing with Jessica. Despite providing the payments I made via credit card (an extremely clear paper trail), she either lacks ability or the desire to do basic third grade arithmetic. Further, she doesn't respond.
