Chad was wonderful to work with! He was very patient with us asking so many questions and we appreciated his honesty, even when it wasn't what we hoped to hear. We bought a house and sold a cabin with him, Angela and Dawson and they were all fantastic! We highly recommend the Counselor Realty team and we will do business with them again. Scammed me out of my deposit and acted like it was our fault because he didn't have a tenant lined up. The house was left in perfect condition. If you have an option go with someone else.
Working with Chad was wonderful! He showed me many homes in the area from building new construction to finding a home already built. We found a wonderful cabin and he was excellent in getting the offer accepted and closed on the home a month and a half later!
I recently sold my house and had Angela as my realtor. Angela commuted several hours to my house and answered my around the clock questions. Piepho’s front office staff was nothing but helpful and polite.
