Absolutely outstanding therapists! I sincerely can’t believe people gave them such low ratings based off of money and incorrect scheduling. This place helped give me tools to resolve my problems. The therapists are there to help you and are professional yet welcoming. I will always refer people to this place! I hope this rating helps others find this location so they can receive exceptional care!
Id give 0 if I could. I understand things happen and maybe you must leave work. Most businesses place a sign stating that an emergency occurred and they needed to close. My father had a 10:30 appointment as a new patient SELF PAY to get to the office and the door is locked. He called I called to no avail. There is countless therapists/ psychologists we will gladly seek help elsewhere. We found this extremely unprofessional especially given the specialty.
I was in a dark place and felt that I would stay that way. I reached out for help and so glad that I did. Danielle was amazing!!! She helped me to find myself again. I’m a work in progress but I owe so much to Danielle for her wonderful help. Don’t suffer alone. Reach out for help. You will be so glad that you did!!!
Recommend going to anyone but Jenna, u will get unexpected charges.it happened twice. Clearly it's just about money to her, not about her patients.
