Their receptionist is amazing, super willing to help, and understanding. Can't say so much for the rest of our experience. When caring for depressed individuals, it's pretty common they may struggle to make an exact time as they have to find motivation to even get out of bed. It won't do you any good to call to give a heads up if running behind, if it's more than 10 mins you won't get a shortened appt, you'll get a late cancel. No grace was given to my child at all. Super disappointing. I had only met with the counselor one time and it seemed like he would’ve been a good one. Unfortunately I missed an appointment one day due to my brother being in a car wreck. I called a few days after the wreck once I was able to get everything settled. They then informed me that I had missed an appointment that was “reoccurring” even though I never scheduled reoccurring appointments because my schedule changes frequently and wasn’t told anything about this; I was also never informed of the appointment... read more
