Both of my kids have found great therapist who match well with them, my son has been going for a few years now and loves his therapist, my daughter recently started but they seem to be a pretty good match so far, I did not have as much luck with finding a perfect match but the office itself is great, the receptionist is fantastic, very on top of things, very kind, they have a generous 10 minute rule that it won't count against you until after 10 minutes late, most places I have been is 7 minutes and one strike. Their receptionist is amazing, super willing to help, and understanding. Can't say so much for the rest of our experience. When caring for depressed individuals, it's pretty common they may struggle to make an exact time as they have to find motivation to even get out of bed. It won't do you any good to call to give a heads up if running behind, if it's more than 10 mins you won't get a shortened appt, you'll get a late cancel. No grace was given to my child at all.
