I want to say that Leah is the absolute BEST! My daughter has been a patient for years and I can't say enough great things about her. Tried reaching out to Pam Stafford who is supposed to be the director/manager and she never replied after multiple emails. Emily Morris advised that she did not have a phone number for Pam Stafford which is very concerning. Emily only had the email address to share. I did call the main number and was told that Pam is "very busy". There should be someone there to escalate issues to and you should never be "too busy" to help a customer. Very disappointing. Will not be back or nor will recommend to anyone.

Taking your child to therapy is a process that requires serious preparation from the medical professionals side as well as from the parents at home. Explaining to your child your concerns and preparing them for counseling with the explanation that caring individuals are waiting to help is a process that not only involves trust but commitment.
