My doctor does what she needs to, but the office staff has been awful the whole 4 years I’ve been using this company. The phone is barely answered, they take forever to get back to you (multiple hours, sometimes a day or two), and when they finally get back to you they tell you have to make an appointment to get your medicine filled and then take forever to answer again. Shazia is a professional in all senses. Obviously very smart and took the extra time to make sure I understood her diagnosis and understood me as well. Receptionist and team where all super amicable as well imo.
Make sure you have a counselor that specializes in what you need. Not just someone who does it once in a while
Do not waste your time coming here if you're serious about getting help
They like to refuse you your medicine a lot and fail to grant refills all the time so you walk into Walgreens and they tell you no
