The staff here could benefit from some counseling on how to treat the people who are making it possible for them to have a paycheck. My first encounter with this practice was quite disappointing. The staff person who I interacted with was hostile, condescending and arrogant. He was not friendly and approachable, as I would expect a counselor to be. It's no wonder that the place was empty. Very hard to reach anyone in your office, and you do not return calls as you said you would. Also, business hours posted are NOT correct. It says you're open on Saturdays, but I stopped by and you were closed. (2/5/22 9:45am).

Several Genesis locations in the same area. Signs should be more descriptive to point you in the right direction. So far no real complaints
