Nothing but the run around. The wait time a month out for an appointment is ridiculous. Front desk gals are very rude and unprofessional. The attitude i receive every time I call or come in is also ridiculous. No need to be so agitated and aggressive when dealing with people on the phone or in person. To tell me that there’s no cancellation list to call everyday yet they don’t even check to see just tell me oh they don’t have anything canceled. Great experience with my therapist! The people at the counter are very rude though when scheduling your appointment. They seem to forget you yourself are there for mental health needs and can talk down to you with attitude.
Came here to get help for myself & my kids that are developmentally disabled and I was under a lot of stress, me and my son both have autism and I have high anxiety. My son kept having meltdowns at my first appointment and something I said about my son's meltdowns and antics being a trigger for my stress got blown way out of context and rather than helping me they decided to call DCF making a report of abuse when I'm not being abusive. They don't care to help they just want to make me out to be a unfit parent. Here's the kic... read more
