A receptionist named Miranda was VERY rude and obviously very overwhelmed with work. I am not a client with this company. Based on this encounter, I would prefer NOT coming to this facility.
Front desk receptionist Miranda was very rude and dismissive. She was the only one that wanted to be heard… she was extremely unprofessional and very confrontational, she kept talking over me trying to correct me when I was being kind and respectful and on top of that I had proof that what she was saying wasn’t true. I came in to accompany my sister during her appointment because she has severe anxiety. The front desk receptionist Miranda was very rude. She kept aggressively talking over my sister when expressing that she was not able to get ahold of anybody at the office for several months after getting her first consultation. I’ve been going to MHA for outpatient therapy for about four years now, and I truly can’t recommend their services enough. The front desk staff is always friendly and welcoming, the medication management team is incredibly accommodating, and the CBT I’ve received has been life-changing. MHA has been a key part of making my life worth living, and I’m so grateful for the care, compassion, and support I’ve received here.
