I Love this place. Good people with big hearts and that's what matters!
INCOMPETENCE all around, nobody seems to want to do their job. Waiting over a week for a refill, nurses never call back, peer support specialist couldn’t be bothered to do more than point me in the direction of someone else who is more capable of doing her job. The only reason I give 2 stars and not 1 is because my therapist at least is a silver lining, and seemingly the only one qualified for the role. Really good place to go and work through your life problems. After a bunch of my own faults at this place they still looked after me mentally.
I had a difference of opinion, nurse/practitioner said she was dropping a med without opening her file. She took daughter off some of her depression med. She stayed in bed all of the time, depressed. She had a blood clot in her leg because of it. Placed on blood thinners, hospitalized three times because of it. Guess I was right about her meds anyway!. Her file was closed but this nurse
