Been here since December only problem I've had is my car got broken into but I had it running while i went up to change. So quite where I am, have great neighbors and my a.c. works greeeaat!

I have been here about 6 months... Both cars have already been broken into, and the dominos guy won't deliver after dark because he was robbed... Good area of town but this apartment complex is ghetto as hell, can't even let my kids play at the little park all of these kids out there with no parents, fighting, cussing up a storm...pretty much doing what ever they want because they have no parents around. The A/c does not work very well in the summer. Nothing they can do.. The unit just can't keep up. I am gunna just break th... read more
I just wish that you guys would fix or replace my air conditioner, this is the second year it has completely failed us and the second time you guys changed the air filter as the fix. It's 5pm and 90 degrees in my apt, that is horrible! I called 12 minutes before you close and you guys were closed which to me is unacceptable. You guys have hours of operations that you need to uphold until the last minute. I have a $250 electric bill and my apt is 90 degrees! The unit is from the 80's, just replace it!
