Ok. So i have been going around with a dead tag since may. Couldnt get the engine lite out. 5 mins in Byron told me to get a new gas cap and drive. 60 miles later... it passed! Thanks to eobbie for telling me and john for getting byron to look at it!! From now on i will be taking my car there! Good and honest people!! Thanks to u all!!
I've always recommended this place to others, including family... No more. Yesterday my dad had a flat tire and needed to replace two of his tires. He called three places in Charlotte including this one and was quoted a price that was slightly under the competition, so chose Coulwood. However when he picked up his car this morning, they charged him $30 more per tire. When he questioned it, they said "must've been a miscommunication, we wouldn't have told you that price". He paid and moved on, but to me, that is unacceptable.... read more
