RecommendedNew to Nc, been here a year, and have had all of our vehicle repairs done here. Was highly recommended by hubby’s co workers, and we’re definitely satisfied with the service here! Reasonable prices, prompt service! Busy shop for sure!
went in for a oil change and to bleed the brake line. they changed a brake line without authorization said they couldnt reach me and charged me $100 more than the estimate. it also took them 24 hrs just to look at it. this is the 2nd time i had a vehicle there as I was trying to give them a 2nd chance after taking 2 days to get around to looking at my GMC before telling her they cant fix it there
RecommendedSeveral family members take cars to Coulwood Auto & we've never been disappointed. Estimates have been clear & as accurate as possible; any changes in estimates have always been presented for approval prior to continuing the job. The work as always been good: when they say it's fixed, it is fixed. Costs are reasonable. We don't go elsewhere.
