Multiple issues with procedures/treatments One tooth worked on 5 times plus a temp filling =6 and still has issues. Micro leakage with fillings and Gap in crown bonding. Tooth is now very close to root canal/extraction. Big overhang with one restoration on a different tooth - was in agonizing pain immediately following work - Coulter's did one adjustment which did not work and I went to another place for emergency treatment. Another tooth ended up in excruciating pain not long after treatment - root canal/extraction required... read more
