On 2/25/24, I was dropping one of my vehicles off at ***** across the street for service when I decided to walk across to Coulter Nissan to take a look at their used inventory. I did notice a 2020 Altima Platinum that caught my eye. I inquired about it, and took it for a drive with sales rep. **************** When we came back to store we met at a table to discuss numbers. ****** did ask me to sign a form to check only my credit score. Horrible experience!!! I had my cvt flushed 5 months ago here and now it needs to be replaced and is somehow 3 quarts low with no external leaks. they dont know where it went but want $7000 to replace it. Spoke to the service Director ****, who showed who showed no concern or partial accountability.

<p>Thank you for voicing your opinion but there is a lot being left out here. The car was brought in for an oil change ***** miles after we added the *** fluid. No leaks detected by customer or our technicians. Another ***** miles later the car is brought in and a noise coming from the vehicle was the complaint. We looked at it and noted the fluid was 3 quarts low. 3rd attempt to purchase a vehicle and the sales manager was very rude to me and my wife, the negotiation part is what is scary because they always send the sales manager but we always get the same guy, he was rude and not willing to negotiate a *****, sales manager swore up and down that we were not going to find another car like the one they had guaranteed, but thank goodness we found a way better car with way less miles and $5,000 cheaper, now I remember why I always buy my vehicles from ****** Nissan or Avondale Nissan

BE AWARE, BE AWARE. I went to Coulter Nissan in Surprise to have my battery serviced and cleaned at a cost of over $37.00. In the work order they were to clean cable connections, the terminals and the battery post. After getting the car back I discovered that the post had only been brushed off at the top. The post was not cleaned.....you can tell because when you remove the battery cable to clean the post, you have to reprogram your car radio. I was also charged $7.00 for an anti-corrosive battery pad, which I did not get ei... read more

He was calling to offer to make this right along with a credit for future visits. We are normally very thorough and I don't believe this was done intentionally. I was given the run around on just getting a quote for my trade. Never even got a chance to discuss purchasing a vehicle, it was so bad. Was contacted again, and at this time, I informed the person to put together an offer and email it to me. Never heard back until I got a response to my review on google. Then another person contacted me with a "direct phone number" that just routed me to the front desk. This dealership cannot even be honest about a simple phone number. Do NOT waste your time and money here! This place have bad customer services. Sales rep lie to you about everything! If you get a survey and say the truth your sales rep will call you & text you to tell you how your messing with his family money's & the dealer ship! I was told I could refinance in a year! It's a lie I've been trying to do it for 3 years and still not able to find a bank or C.Uion to do it. I called and spoke to Eric the " Sales Director " worst thing to do. When I took the survey I did receive calls and about 5 text from the sale rep to complain about the score I had given my experience on my purchase. BE AWARE ! BE AWARE ! Coulter Nissan in Surprise AZ. I'm a veteran, and I work very hard to pay my bills on time, and try to keep a good credit rating. I got pre-approved with my credit union to purchase a new or used car or truck. I've had questionable dealing with car dealerships in the past. But I still keep an open mind dealing with people. ***** I am very sorry you had this experience at our dealership. We do have to run one credit bureau and do a back-up contract to protect the dealership from any kind of fraud. We don't send the contract anywhere if you bring your own funds in the allotted time agreed upon. You get one inquiry from the dealer and nothing more unless you authorize to have us send it to other lenders.
