The office staff are so friendly, and Dr Charlie is practical, nice, excited about kids teeth, and honest. We’ve being going to him for years. Both my kids, now almost adults. And now he takes insurance so it’s even better!
My children (now almost 24 and 19) have been patients since they were two! Not only are Drs..Charlie and Casper UNBELIEVABLE, their staff is over the top. We are always greeted warmly, visits are prompt, and professional. We are offered immediate appointments and always receive "check-in" phone calls after procedures. My children have even called from college and spoken directly with the doctors. I cannot recommend this practice highly enough!
After many years bringing my children to this dentist office I sadly have to say that they don’t prioritize the dental needs . They prioritize getting your money as much as they can.Be aware They will constantly call you to schedule a cleaning, after taking my child in for evaluation because she had a toothache I was charged $550.00, yes they did the cleaning I didn’t ask for, and my child still has toothache, when I called to schedule again all of the sudden they had no availability till next week when I called 2 days ago t... read more
Dr. Charlie Coulter is loved so greatly by our children that he feels like an extended member of the family!
