Two employees from Coulee Cleaning cleaned our home this morning. Based on repeated issues, I cannot recommend this company. We raised concerns about similar quality problems two weeks ago and expected meaningful improvement. There was none. The same lack of care and attention to detail was evident again. I have attached photos as an example. The bed was made carelessly, and when I pulled back the comforter it was clear that basic cleaning and finishing standards were not followed. This team saved the day when we moved into our new, uncleaned house. The previous owner had indoor cats, which left a pungent smell in the carpets and cat hair everywhere! They deep cleaned and made it start to feel (and smell) like home. We're grateful!

My family has been using Coulee Cleaners to clean their house for years! They have always been kind and easy to talk to. If you have a question or a request they are happy to help. It just made sense to have them come clean my house when I moved out. They continued to do a great job and were easy to communicate with! I highly recommend them!
