I have bought nine new cars, and this last transaction was by far the smoothest and fastest yet.
Overall customer service is a 1 star from my experience. Tried my best to secure a vehicle for purchase from 180 miles away. Was told they cannot take a deposit and to text the night before to see if it is available.
Cody and Jake at Coughlin Toyota in Heath were by far the best to work with purchasing my new Tacoma. I walked in without a solid plan and Cody was able to figure out what I needed and Jake made it possible financially on a Sunday at that. Highly recommend and will go back for my next one as well.
