New ram 2500 has been to this dealer 3 times for the same issue and is still not fixed and I am going to a different dealership. I have been lied to by the advisor(will leave nameless), and Service Manager (Nick Roelle). My advisor was very nice and courteous yet ignorant in their role and speaks with confidence to ease customers. The service manager has no technical knowledge on the vehicles or played dumb to get out of mistakes they had done - either way unacceptable. I just wanted to take a minute and thank my salesman Eric L. for his professionalism and patience with me through the purchase process yesterday for my Ram 2500! Eric was FANTASTIC throughout the entire process and REALLY tries to focus on building a lasting/long term relationship with the customer instead of pushing a sale.
