The worst automobile dealership experience I've ever had. I took my grand cherokee in for a leak in the brake line. One single brake line $1065. In disbelief this clearly inflated price was confirmed by a Service Mgr, $850 of this bill was for 4 hours of labor.
I worked with Brian. Excellent communication and customer service. Truly went above and beyond! Work with him, thank me later. You won't regret it.
Great experience. Huge inventory/selection of new and slightly used late model RAM trucks. Straight forward price negotiations. Kendall provided teriffic sales assistance, advice, and is highly knowledgable on RAM trucks. Very pleasant, easy to work with, and great attention to detail. We will definitely consider making any future next RAM purchase from Coughlin in Marysville. Thanks Kendall!
Very Reputable Service Department!!! Took our ‘22 Town & Country in expecting to install a new seat heating module, & they found it was just loose, fixed, & replacement part not needed afterall—& no charge!! Will definitely recommend Coughlin Marysville Jeep & use them for any future service. 5 stars!!!!
Terrible service and when you try to address it they don't care. I even spoke on the phone with the "manager" trying to resolve things. I lost connection on my end and when I tried calling back and asking for said manager I was told nobody by that name existed in the service departments management team. I was going to bite the bullet and try them again since they're local but when I'm having issues and being lied to before I even get there, no thanks.
