Horrible place to take a car to. They will try to sell you ridiculous stuff , over a thousand dollars more than you were initially quoted. Would NOT recommend a single soul to bring their car here unless you feel like fighting with the workers to actually get around to your car and then charged hundreds, if not thousands more than you expected.
Initially I took my car in on august 20th, to get the alternator replaced. I had already purchased the part and assumed it would be a quick fix considering I already took off the plastic guard on the bottom of the car, took off the serpentine belt, loosened the top bolt for the alternator. On the 21st, I was told they "we can't actually move the car and have to install the new alternator and looks like there is another underlying issue." which initially doesn't make sense considering all they had to do was connect jumper cab... read more
