Absolutely horrendous experience with Coughlin Kia of Dublin. I’m beyond frustrated with the appalling service my wife and I received. First off, we had a recall on our Sorento’s airbag, and they *never* bothered to notify us about it. They tried to charge us for replacing it then when we pointed out it was recalled, they had my wife sign something acknowledging that we’d be charged $90 if it “wasn’t covered”. Overall nice dealership. Service personnel helpful and knowledgeanle.
Has to be one of the most impaired service team in the state. My vehicle was towed here and they refuse to respond to any requests from the insurance company and when I call they can never find my vehicle. I am without a vehicle and have to make arrangements to go and point out where it is and send the correspondence to the insurance company each day. Recent experience: After it took a month for them to service my vehicle, my horn doesn’t work and my car makes all kind of noise.
