Don’t Do IT .. 400 dollar document fee - TO PRINT THE PAPERWORK YOU HAVE TO SIGN , hidden fees , I VERBALLY DENIED GAP INSURANCE and they still billed me for it, I wasn’t given a carfax report or any information about its history , MY car is horrible on gas . Staff is nice but that’s what they’re paid for . Professional liars . Very scheme like . DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM COUGHLIN! I purchased a car from Coughlin Ford in Heath on 8/10 and the convinced me to sell my Tesla to them instead of Carvana. They advised me that they would issue me a check within 7-10 days. They sold my car 14 days ago. Today is day 22, no one seems to know where my money is and they have since stopped answering my calls. Some of the worst customer service I have ever received.
