Horrible service department. Had my car in for the engine going out. It was covered under extended warranty. When I finally got my car back, the engine was still having problems. Took it back in to be told it was my tires. Now I don't know a lot about cars but I know that tires have nothing to do with an engine shaking/jerking while accelerating.
