I got towed in libertyville and it was my fault there’s signs at every corner as well as signs posted by the city/police they are very professional at what they do. they mean business and only business

Wish I could give negative stars. We parked in Libertyville and did not see the sign because it was hammered to a pole 20 feet in the air. We were told 8 am to pick up. Sat there an hour, called 3X. Called the police. There nothing we can do but wait for them to decide to show up and let us get our car. The fee was $475 but b/c we were "cool" he knocked it down to the $404 in cash we had. Of course the credit card machine was broken. Shady. Anyone going to pick up their car here better have at least $500 cash w/ them.

I was at a restaurant with my boyfriend and we parked where it says “ CUSTOMER ONLY” the restaurant closed at 9pm we left at 9:07pm . The owners called them and they were really rude. Police were involved. really rude people and they scammed !!

This place is scum don't use them. One of the few times I get to go eat with my son and they tow are truck next to chilis in gurnee. Toys r Us is closed with 4 acres of blacktop but you can't park there. We didn't see the sign we came in a different way. Making money off of hard working people that's America now
