Friendly staff and dentist! Every one is so friendly and help me not have so much anxiety. Also they have 20 minute bleaching!! No impressions! So excited about that!

Great team to meet all my dental needs. the dentists are very professional and skilled. The other team members, assistants, hygienists, and office went out of their way to take care of me.
They took forever, to let me in for a toothache, couldn't figure out what was causing it, told me insurance would help pay for it, but ended up just charging me more money for a service they didn't provide. I called them but they would not help.
The office can not be trusted to give good estimates. I was told I needed a root canal and 3 fillings. Cougar Dental gave me an estimate for $803; about half was to be paid by my insurance. Coverage was denied and Cougar Dental mailed me a bill for $1336.00. I went in to ask about it and they told me coverage was denied because there was a 6 month waiting period for the fillings and a 12 month waiting period for the root canal. Great experience, on time, friendly staff. Convenient location for BYU students. I would recommend them.
I can honestly say that I love Cougar Dental and Dr. Matthews. Our family has been cared for so thoughtfully and we feel like "member" of the family when we are here. They even had balloons and a treat for my son on his 16th birthday. I highly recommend Cougar Dental!!!
I came here first to get my wisdom teeth out before I left on a mission. I had a great experience. The staff made me feel really welcome and comfortable. I remembered how my experience went 18 months ago and wanted to return for treatment after I returned. That's why I am back!
Everything was great. The staff and dentist are always friendly. The girl who cleaned my teeth today did a great job. It was a pleasant experience today as I came for a cleaning and not for fillings. Wait time was short.
