Have had unsual experiences with this dentist. One year they booked 2 xrays and forced me to pay for it and it took a lot of complaining/requesting to have that reimbursed and was no fault of my own. This year after driving an hour for an appointment they refused to see me without doing another xray. I was not told ahead of time this was going to be an xray appointment and was under the impression I was just doing a cleaning and didnt have the timeframe available for additional work. So very very pleased with my experience today with Dr. Couch and staff. I was out of town with a dental emergency and was worked into the schedule the next day and received superb conservative care with such respect and excellent communication!

Dr Couch is great. He explains everything clearly and listens to my concerns.
Dr. Couch has been my dentist for years now. He has provided top notch care for me and I couldn’t be happier with his level of professionalism, his kindness and the office staff is wonderful too. Susi is my Hygeniest and has such a gentle touch. Would highly recommended Dr. Couch and his staff!
