Well treated with a semi-emergency situation. everyone was professional, caring and at ease in the workplace which means excellent management.
I was called 30 minutes before my appt to be asked if I could come in earlier. I was at work and needed 30 minutes to get from work to your office. I was trying to finish up some last minute work things and had to take time to call back and find out why they had called(thinking cancellation maybe?). It all worked out but I felt a little frustrated having to stop work to call back and find out why they I was called. I was a couple of minutes late as a result.
