Dr. Chavez has sincere interest in your well-being, lifestyle and home life. He offers realistic suggestions to help you improve your overall health. He explained my condition fully and what to expect in the coming years. He took the time to explain everything fully and did not rush through it. Very easy to talk to and I highly recommend Dr. Chavez.
Haven’t been to a Specialist in a long time. Found Dr. Chavez easy to talk to, kind and extremely knowledgeable. Was able to set me on a new path to lower my BP, which hasn’t been this low in the last 20 years. Highly recommend to anyone needing a Specialist!
I've been seeing Doc C since I moved to Nevada, in the mid-'90s. I just adore him and his staff, and I so appreciate all they've done for me. I recognize that sometimes there is a need for a specialist in one area or another, but Doc C is so knowledgeable about so many subjects - he can't be an expert in everything. He is patient and thorough and takes all the time you need to explain an area about which you may be confused. I would recommend his office to anyone looking for a GP.
How anyone could give this doctor less than 5 stars is beyond me?! He's patient-sensitive, constantly educating himself so he's "current" on the latest therapies and medicines, fast, and very knowledgeable. Plus, his office team is personable and quick to help. We moved from the Bay Area a few years ago, and feel we were very lucky to find him; please consider that the Bay Area has some of the best doctors in the country. Every appointment is a good experience!
Dr. Cottrell and his staff have been providing primary care for my family of four for almost 15 years now. We have never had a problem with them, and recommend the practice very highly. In fact, my adult kids have moved out of town, and they still commute to Minden for their medical visits with Dr. Cottrell's office
