These so called “good reviews” are probably from the staff themselves. Dr.Cole listens to NOTHING. You explain to him that you need chronic pain type of care- and all he does is push pharmaceutical drugs on you. Anytime you explain that you don’t want to take a bunch of pills- it goes in one ear and out the other. He kept pushing pharmaceutical drugs on us. It's the VA. It's nice the people are cordial/pleasant. They seem well trained and helpful. I can only speak about my doctor who is awesome. He's very nice, he answers all the questions I have, explains anything that I want to discuss, he teaches me things and I like that the most.
THE LAST TIME I CONTACTED "JUST ANSWER," IT WAS A TOTAL SCAM!!! ONCE THEY HAD MY CREDIT CARD, THEY BILLED ME AS THEY DESIRED!!!!
The staff is always friendly and courteous. No problems with communication, appointments, medication, or any other needs.
A great team. So incredibly nice and caring. And Pamela is an absolute saint!
