A great team. So incredibly nice and caring. And Pamela is an absolute saint!
I just transferred to the northern AZ VA system and I have been floored with how great and attentive they've been. I have mental health issues and the primary Prescott location has been super quick to get me in and talking to someone. The psychiatrist I talked to listened to me and suggested some things for me to try. I am now on a weekly therapy and different meds, when I asked them to check in after I start the meds they scheduled weekly appointments. The VA has provided wonderful care for my husband's multiple and complicated health issues. We are so grateful for the health care doctors, nurses, technicians and all support staff. Amazing, compassionate, caring and competent services and programs.
Nurse Pamela and Dr. Cole are amazing. Super high quality of care and over the top nice! From the front desk to the doctor, all provide an exceptional level of service. I couldn't be happier with the care I receive.
