I’ve toured quite a few places in the springs & i had a tour here with Britt and she was awesome!!! She went over everything and reassured me of all my questions. Management was super nice and respectful! Thankful for the great experience and hoping to call this place home! 😌
Overall not a very good starting experience, but I'm getting somewhere very slowly. Poor communication by the property manager, then she left this place permanently and went to manage a different property. She didn't bother to let me know or hand off tenant concerns to another person. She just left my many requests for correspondence unmet. Some things are finally handled, but previously I had reached out multiple times with payment questions and to have my bill corrected, yet I got no complete resolution, occasional respons... read more
Where to begin... Collapsed carports, uninhabitable units, sinkhole that took months to fix blocking one of two entrances to the complex, management is consistently IMPOSSIBLE to get in touch with (even within their posted office hours good luck ever catching them in the office), dog mess all over the complex with nobody picking it up, carports being reassigned and used by others even though they're paid for, maintenance is a joke (dead bugs and hairs painted over, paint all over toilet and bathroom fixtures, paint splattere... read more
