Had a problem with the unit we moved into at first and they resolved the issue swiftly.
Since new management and office and maintenamce staff has taken over, the living experience at this community has been absolutely fantastic! Staff is super nice, friendly and efficient with all requests handled promptly! EXTREMELY pleased with how amazing they are!
Morgan who works with maintainace fixed our AC so well!! He did such a great job and the maintenance is great here !
They never answer the phone, I leave a voicemail and never get a call back, about some maintenance issue that they created. No notice about entering our unit and doing work on the A/C system. What a mess.
Anytime I needed maintenance or a question they ladies in the office were able to answer my question and get maintenance to my apartment in a timely manner. The staff so far have been so nice and friendly.
