My wife went there for an assessment. She was locked in a room for three hours and never received an assessment. She made the appointment ahead of for 11:15pm and was told someone would be available. She finally pushed the emergency button and asked to leave. It was another thirty minutes before someone came and try to convince her to stay and that they could do the assessment now. Wife was there and she was very unhappy with a few of the staff members. She found a bed bug in her room and brought it to a staff member and a few minutes later she overheard the staff members right outside her door saying that she had brought it in and made her feel like she was some trashy person. To be clear we do not have bed bugs in our home. Said she cried for hours feeling like garbage due to this situation. What kind of monster do you got to be to take a person who is willing to get help with there addiction make them stay for over four hours asking them personal question opening up horrible past memories making them think your there to help and care about them just to come in and say sorry we dont take your kind of insurance 😠 what if the person was really suicidal would you care what happens to them after you send them away

💡After working here (Olathe KS) I can say that most of the staff cares about the patients. The therapist and doctors are well liked. The process through Intake is stressful due to the lack of staff and patients wait to long to be seen. Many areas of safety were concerning.

was admitted july 4th 2019 with severe depression and alcohol dependency. I was there about a week and met some pretty great people, staff and fellow patients. upon discharge I completed the outpatient program and graduated from that as well. now here it is November 2020 and I'm still alcohol free and in a much better place in my life. I'm really grateful for the time I spent there.

Good program from an abstract perspective but staff is not trustworthy while there observed neglect, poor management of patients acting out, falsified medical records

They could start by being honest with their patients. They should let you know that they will completely blow off your discharge plans and medications and if you seek help from them after you've walked out of that front door they will act like they've never seen you before in your life. It becomes very obvious very quickly that it is all about money and nothing else.

I am posting this again!! My husband was released from here Wednesday March 18 and today March 23rd he STILL does not have his Suboxone Ty at he needs!!!! My insurance company has faxed you 7 times and called. My husband has called over 20 times and NO ONE will call him back!!!! This is pathetic!!!!!! Are you trying to make him want pain pills again?????? I will NOT recommend this place to anyone!!!!!!!
