RecommendedSome of the office staff can be a little rude but I've never had a bad experience with P.A. Connors.
If you ever need results from any test or X-ray, god forbid you have anything serious going on or any broken bones.....you won’t hear back from anyone at this office for days. The personal that answers your calls could use some phone etiquette training as well!
I have been a patient at Cottonwood Family Practice since I was a child. Ever since they moved to the Cottonwood Medical Clinic Family Practice in Murray the level of care has gone down and the experience is overall extremely unsatisfactory. Have gone to CMC since it was a little clinic on Cottonwood, and it is so sad to see all of the hard work that Parkin, Ridge, & Kull put in to build this practice for the community destroyed & disrespected by this corporate take over. I use to know that when I came in those doors I was going to be taken care of...now I'm just a billing number. Will be finding another place to go for myself and my family now. End of an era I suppose.

I've been a patient here for 9 years. Today, I was told that from now on, I need to have all RX renewed EVERY 3 MONTHS Tthese are not opioids or controlled substances. Just maintenance drugs. I've been gettin a year's RX the entire time I've been coming here. Now the new mgt says every 3 months. Overbilling medicare, maybe? I'll be looking for a new clinic.
