Dr. Shephard took great care of my ignorance while stiching me up due to me mis-usung a screwdriver at instacare. The staff were great, and aside from getting a shot in the arse, you gotta take the good with the bad. Thanks!
Excellent service. Was seen quickly, Friendly staff, felt like they listened and the care was excellent. Have been here a few times since it is close to our home and have always had exceptional service.
They were great! In and out in just a little over 1 hour (that included getting xrays and filling a prescription)....we were even there on New Year's Eve!! We'll definitely go there again..hopefully not too soon though!
I went to their instacare at 10pm on December 19th. I was in and out in a half hour even though the wait time was 53 minutes. The doctor that treated me was amazing. He explained everything well, and it was a wonderful experience. He ended up giving me a prescription, and he asked if I knew a pharmacy that was still open. I told him I didn't, and he told me where one was that was open this late, and took my insurance. I am a health care worker myself so I am usually scrutinizing others.
