I too was one of the patients treated poorly. They prescribed me a medicine to which I had an allergic reaction. When I contacted them they didn't take any action to help me so I went to another dentist that took care of me. The new dentist requested the Xrays from Cottonwood Heights Dental and couldn't use them because they were poor quality. So I had to pay for them and the dental appointment again. How these people have good reviews is beyond me. They treated my husband poorly and acted inconvenienced when asked about pricing. They refused to run our insurance when it was provided and just sent our bill to collections. I'll never go here again.
