Terrible experience since moving here to Arizona. Cleaning was subpar and my hygienist in New York did a better job. If you want people who don’t put through your insurance even when you give it to them before service, send you a bill 3 months after service and then tell you you’re 90 days late, definitely stop here. Almost killed my father.
Dishonest. Unprofessional. Run, don't walk away from this Dentist office. Dentist left half way through my treatment plan and I was left with temporaries for months. This caused great pain and no other dentist was willing to pick up where this dentist left off. I had to start over at great pain and expense to me. I took my bill into them and reminded them they didn't finish the work and I had to pay again somewhere else. Terrible customer service. My husband scheduled an appointment with them, and they didn’t even show up. He call, left a message, but they didn’t even return his call. This is not professional behavior.
