Did this provider answer all of your questions? Every question I had was answered thoroughly Was the chair you sat in during your dental procedure comfortable? Yes, it was comfortable Did this provider pressure you to purchase any unnecessary products during your visit? Absolutely not! I was never uncomfortable Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Yes, my mouth felt clean after my appointment

Did they follow up with you after your appointment? Yes. Was this provider's office easy to locate? Absolutely! It couldn't have been easier! Does this provider always put the customer first? Yes, they always put customers first Did this provider leave you unattended for an extended period of time? No, I was always attended to

Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Absolutely! I'm confident they will work hard to find the best solution for me Was it easy to make an appointment with this provider? Yes! It was effortless! Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Extremely easy, and close to the entrance

Yes, they don't show favoritism Was it easy to find parking at this provider's office? Yes, it was convenient Was this provider sympathetic to your situation? Yes, they were sympathetic and caring

Was this provider's office too loud? Kind of, it wasn't unbearable but it was definitely loud Did this provider ever dismiss your concerns as unimportant? Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't Did this provider seem up-to-date with the current advancements in their field? They seemed to know enough

Did your mouth feel clean after your appointment? Definitely! It felt more clean than it's ever felt! Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? Not at all! They always try to get me in as soon as possible Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, they were ready for me right after I arrived. Did you experience any unnecessary pain while your teeth were cleaned? Not at all, they always make an extra effort to make sure I'm comfortable

Yes, they answered my call right away Did this dentist provide helpful oral health techniques you could practice at home? Not really, I was given a couple tips but not very many
