Absolutely love the staff and providers at Cottonwood Creek. I strongly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for a new provider in the valley.
Cottonwood creek has the worst service and more than 1/2 of their employees are unhelpful and rude. I don’t know how many times I had called the office in a day and the office woman would never answer or give you a call back. I know I can recall at less 49 to 60 times I had called to change or make an appointment and I would have to keep calling back. Im glad I’m not the only one who doesn’t enjoy the voicemail system. Rick Blake is a great guy and takes his time to talk to you. And there’s maybe 5 Drs in the valley that stopped taken Medicare Medicaid. So they girls are up to their neck with paperwork of new patients to review. I saw the pile they are just trying to do their best. Yes there could be more smiles. But I trust Rick Blake and will continue to go to his Clinic. They could have refused me too as a new patient. I love Cottonwood Creek Clinic! The people there are SO nice and polite. Especially Tia at the front desk…she is always so pleasant and polite and helpful! If I ever have a problem (seldom) she always helps me through it. I couldn’t be more pleased.
I've been a patient of Rick and Tamara (and occasionally Dr. Naylor) for more than 10 years - I came over with him from his last clinic. You simply can't beat his sincere caring and compassion, and his willingness to go above and beyond. And he's done that for me on a couple of occasions. The staff are efficient and professional - and stay VERY busy and engaged. I know that you can't be mired in paperwork all day long and make immediate return calls - it just is humanly impossible.
