Everyone here from office staff to maintenance staff are the best. They are knowledgeable, friendly, courteous & professional. The apartments are beautiful! All the common area, Club Room, pool, hallways are always clean. I have been here for two years now and have always felt safe here.
My husband and I lived there for a year prior to buying a house. I loved living at modera prime. It is close to everything, It's very safe and the place is pretty and new.
