I recently moved into Cottonwood, and overall, it’s a solid place to live—with a few caveats. I normally do not leave reviews. This is insane how ridiculous and a very bad inconvenience it is. For a friend of mine who currently lives at Cottonwood Apartments in Greenville, MS. She's elderly has complained numerous times to the current property manager Tonya. In regards to her upstairs neighbor. That stomp loudly throughout the day/night.
