I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to rent from this apartment agency ( Cottonwood Apartments ). Including management does not cater to quiet enjoyment law. The building material is very poor especially for those. That reside in downstairs apartments the above neighbors STOMP very loud. It's as though they're coming through the downstairs apartments ceiling. Tonya, the apartment manager nor will Greenville Police Department resolve. I recently moved into Cottonwood, and overall, it’s a solid place to live—with a few caveats. First and foremost, let me give major credit where it’s due: Ms. Tonya and the maintenance team are absolute gems. Ms. Tonya is incredibly sweet, professional, and patient (which, trust me, goes a long way when things get hectic). She's the kind of person who truly holds this place together. I normally do not leave reviews. This is insane how ridiculous and a very bad inconvenience it is. For a friend of mine who currently lives at Cottonwood Apartments in Greenville, MS. She's elderly has complained numerous times to the current property manager Tonya. In regards to her upstairs neighbor. That stomp loudly throughout the day/night.
