DO NOT MOVE HERE.... Tonya, is a pathetic very awful property manager. My elderly disabled aunt currently lives at Cottonwood Apartments in Greenville, MS it's roach infested. The upstairs neighbors above my aunts apartment consistently STOMP loudly repeatedly throughout the entire day. So after calling GPD several of times nothing has changed nor did the property manager resolve this bad inconvenience noise issue.
