The promptness of the maintenance team at the Cottonwood Apartments is remarkable. Even though all these requests are digital, the maintenance and management team gets deployed expeditiously to solve all our maintenance issues throughout the day. Norris & Rod are very knowledgeable about everyone’s apartment concerns. They know every unit inside and out.
Mrs. Tonya is the greatest. She very knowledgeable, patient, and such a sweet person. I give her 10s all across the board.
Its a beautiful quaint and quiet community. I enjoy coming home from a long day's work to relax.
