Horrible management. If you move here for a good price they will increase it by $100-$250 in the next couple years! Management doesn't care about thieves or vandals either. Even when there's proof on CCTV. You pay for parking then they say you cant park in your spot while they're doing maintenance and tow your vehicle for being in visitor parking (of which there are many open spots). The list goes on... find out for yourself if you dare.
Expensive slum!!
Landlord is a money hungry jerk. The managment company is just as bad. Increase of rent $148 a month is a crime. No dishwasher, kitchen from the 70's, old and rundown appliances. Crime in the area is out of control, and the building has little security. Constant water issues. I have been living here for 9 years and since the new landlord which has been working for quality management at this place for two years and thing'svhave gotten worse.
I would not recommend anyone move into this building. I moved into this building 2022 I am a Senior Citizen. I was told I would pay $980. Per month. Because of a Seniors Discount. The following yr 2023. I was told that my rent would go up $130. Per month as the discount was no longer available. The following yr in 2024 my rent went up by $78.
