He is really patient friendly, and he took the time to explain everything.
In 2015 , dr. Cottone checked my PSA and performed DRE. Nothing way over the numbers. PSA 4.5 and enlarged prostate but NO lumps. Asked him what he would do if it was him ( biopsy) the rest is history , discovered cancer Gleason score 8. Removed the prostate …TODAY 9 years cancer free. Listen to this Doc. I have been a patient of Dr. Cottone since he started his practice on the coast. Hands down, he is the best at his job very caring and compassite as well as his staff
Dr Cottone is very thorough, knowledgable, and professional. Additionally he has a great “bedside manner;” he’s patient, kind, and explains things in detail. I’ve been seeing him for chronic kidney issues since we moved to the coast 13 years ago. I have the highest possible confidence in him to diagnose and treat my medical conditions and highly recommend him.
