Greatest doctor. No doctor cares about their patients as much as Dr. Cotton. Extremely professional and proficient. Have been seeing Dr. Cotton since I was a child and have only ever experienced positivity and m successful, top of the line treatment.

I regret having to give him even 1 star. This man should not be practicing mental healthcare to anyone, let alone teenagers. He is a reckless prescriber, takes NO notes whatsoever (only pad in front of him is a prescription pad), is sloppy, disorganized and moody. Do not entrust your mental wellness, or that of a loved one, in this person.
So first off all of the negative reviews are accurate! I have only seen Dr. Cotton a few times and every single time I’ve waited over an hour because he was “running late.” He has rescheduled me three times because his “back hurt”. I just went for my appointment that was rescheduled AND HE WASNT EVEN THERE!!! And decided to forward all my calls and ignore all my texts. Mind you it’s a 30 minute drive!!
