Grinding the stumps of softwood trees can cause home rental units to gum up and not perform well. This prevents them from grinding the stump far enough below the surface and coring it out.
I had 12+ trees removed, with stump grinding, chip removal, loam and seeding. Cotton Tree did a fantastic job. They used a crane to lift every tree to a cutting area so no limbs or trunks ever came down on the lawn itself. They were mindful of sprinkler head locations and very thorough in everything they did. All the workers were pleasant and professional. I would definitely use them again.
