Waited 17 mins for my server to great us and take our drink orders. I had to ask the hostess who my server was. Server came one time to take our drink and food order together— never apologized for my wait. My glass was empty before my food even arrived—- someone else brought my food to my table. I never once received a refill. I have been done eating for over 10 mins still with no refill and my server has not came back to my table yet since our initial order....
RecommendedHad a great experience at Cotton Patch in Georgetown TX. Delicious food (Chicken and Dumpling Soup), fresh soft hot rolls, and great service! Taylor was our server and was top notch! Prompt service, outstanding customer service along with helpful information on specials and options. Arrived when they opened so able to get a nice quiet booth which we appreciated. Excellent options for lunch and almost every seat taken when we left at 11:45 a.m.! We will return.
This location is Horrible. A few weeks ago my sister and mom and i went for dinner. It was about 45 mins before closing and we asked if we were okay to come in. The host said yeah. We were seated. We waited about 30 mins and never once did anyone ever come to our table. There were busser cleaning off tables so I know they saw us. We ended up walking out. We felt very unwelcome. Horrible service and food tonight; very disappointed. Have eaten at Cotton Patch numerous times and after this evening may not go back. It took a long time to even get seated so that should have been a red flag. Waited over an hour for our food and I had to leave with my baby and left my husband there to finish with my other child. Restroom was also disgusting and had no toilet paper or napkins.
service was terribly slow. place wasn't that busy and still waited 30 min for our food to arrive. it was the worst experience I've ever had at that place.
