They need to rename the clinic to the Kenoly Clinic . I went there today to have some blood drawn, but since I she is no longer my Dr they wouldn't do it. Very frustrating since I only live about 5 blocks from there and the Dr that ordered the lab work is a Cotton O;Neil Dr, to me this is not right. Others are right she really does not have a good personality, sorry but I just couldn't have any confidence with someone that stands at the computer playing with her hair before she can decide which pill to put you on next. They are not open til 6 just went and tried to get a walk in and they had the doors locked
Dr Peterson, who, after some research, has a long reputation of arrogance and poor bedside manner, spent just minutes between two of my family members, was rude and may be a bit beyond his time. Facility was not as clean as you would expect a medical facility to be with dirt lingering in places. If you have insurance and cant get to your physician in time, another urgent care company or even the ER would be a safer bet.
Close to home easy to find don't need appointments doctors or nurse practitioners friendly
When I drove up at 11:45, I was worried that ExpressCare would close for lunch. The main clinic did have a lunch hour, but EC stayed open. I was in and out within 45 minutes, and that included ample consultation with the physician. I waited longer at the pharmacy (not here) afterward. Thanks for a great visit!
