I wasted 3 months waiting for an appointment to get told they won't take my case when I could have spent that time being seen elsewhere. Also wasted PTO time to go to the appointment just to be told they won't help. Now I have to go to KC to get help and thankfully they're getting me in a LOT faster. Only reason I didn't go there in the first place is because it hurts to ride in a car for long periods of time. Had a referral for months waiting to be seen, jumping through their hoops. While waiting, I got rear ended and had to go to the ER, a second CT scan was done showing more damage to my back. They finally made an appointment on my My Chart and didn't have the decency to call me and I get in the exam room and as soon as I got to talking about the car accident they kicked me out there so fast because "their surgeons don't have time for patients suing people, litigation and testifying". None of which i said or expect will happen.... read more
What a great loss! Dr. Crabtree is practicing in Lawrence, no longer at Cotton O'Neil. Irreplaceable doctor.
Dr. Crabtree is indeed amazing. Actually once you get past the front desk the entire staff is amazing. One of the two women at the front desk, well, not so much. I stopped by today and was told in no uncertain terms she was on her lunch break. Anyway, the rest of the story is for another time...
