This is in regards to my visit to the pain management clinic. The treatment I received from them was probably the worst I have ever received from a doctor. I was there a total of 20 minutes and she had me out the door with no answers. She did not agree with my mri results said it don’t look like my nerve is being pinched to her. I’m in a lot of pain and was told I needed to do Pilates and water physical therapy, also to take Ibuprofen and Tylenol daily. Knowledgeable medical professionals on all four floors. Top notch medical care. Public bathrooms on all floors elevator stairs ada accessable and ada parking ample parking so much more
By my own foolishness, I lost a reimbursement check from Cotton O'Neil and contacted the Billing office to see about canceling the check and getting a new one. Sean (sp?) in the Billing office went above and beyond by not only taking care of the problem, but later called and left me a very kind voice mail to let me know the situation was resolved and when I could expect a new check. He was patient and friendly and you should do all you can to keep him employed there! Thank you, Sean!
